The 'What' questions are just as important as the 'How' questions. That is why our embedded support answers both questions when necessary. Numerous features throughout the software have this help icon next to them .

Clicking on the icon will open useful information about the specific feature or item that explains both what a user is expected to do there and how they can do it. Sometimes there are even helpful examples to model responses.

Embedded support is tailored to each portfolio level, as well as to the user; for example, there are additional tips for teachers and specialized support for students as they comment on a peer's work.
