ABRA Description
ABRACADABRA (A Balanced Reading Approach for all CAnadians Designed to Achieve Best Results for All) is a powerful online tool created to help children learn to read and write, together with help from their teachers and parents.
Why ABRACADABRA at home?
Reading and writing are important skills to help children in their day-to-day life. Researchers have shown that in order to learn how to read and write well, children need to be taught using many different methods, that are used in a logical way.
Research shows that children who are interested and motivated are more successful at school. Research also shows that when parents take part in helping their children learn to read, their child will improve their:
